Student Minister Search:

Belle Park, a conservative, Southern Baptist church that averages 100 in attendance and currently utilizes blended worship, is searching for a part-time student minister to plan and lead our student ministry under the authority and supervision of our pastor.

This will include, but is not limited to:

–   Leading our Student Ministry Team
–   Planning the long term discipleship of our 6th – 12th grade students
–   Teaching Sunday School
–   Leading Wednesday night student worship
–   Planning ministry and mission work in coordination with our pastor and other ministries
–   Planning and attending camps, retreats, fellowships, and
–   Personally participating in our corporate worship services on Sunday mornings and evenings.

Salary is to be determined at this point – experience and travel will be taken into account. However, for comparison, our recently retired part-time student minister of 10 years was paid around $800 per month.

We are willing to grow with someone new to the ministry, but are seeking someone

– Who has a heart for God that is called to student ministry
– Who has an outgoing personality and is comfortable with people
– Willing to become an active part of our church family
